Get Your HVAC Ready for Spring

With warmer weather, longer days, and blooming foliage, Spring is a very welcome time of year! As the temperatures rise, it may be time to consider that your HVAC is going from one extreme to the other, from the chill of winter to the heat of a Southern summer. Make sure your HVAC is ready for the change in seasons with a few simple tips:

1. Schedule preventative maintenance to keep your system in peak working order.

2. Replace your air filter every month if you have pets and every 90 days if you don’t.

3. Clean the outside coils from any winter debris.

4. Test the AC system to make sure it is in good working order before summer hits!

5. Consider getting a programmable thermostat for greater control over your home’s temperatures with remote access.
