Heat Pump - No Heating

On your thermostat, check if the temperature control selector is set to above the room's current temperature. Then, check if the system switch is on the HEAT or AUTO position. Switch the fan switch to be set to ON for continuous airflow, or AUTO if youe want the blower to function only while the heat pump is operating.

Raise the thermostat to its highest temperature setting available to see if the heat pump turns on.

Check the air filter if your the air flow out of your registers seems low. A very dirty air filter will bar air flow.

Verify that all registers are open and has no obstruction.

Check the power disconnect switch by each unit (outdoor and indoor).

Check the fuse/breaker of the outdoor and indoor unit.
